VACUUM OVEN
Outside body is made of Mild Steel painted in epoxy powder coating. The vacuum chamber is robust Stainless Steel inside supplied with two Stainless Steel shelves. The chamber is heated by large area heaters strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine mineral wool. The chamber is closed by thick toughened Glass Plate sealing into a neoprene rubber gasket. The closure is three screw threaded catch. The system provide excellent vacuum performance. Two diaphragm valve and a vacuum gauge are provided. The oven can be operated at any pressure less than atmospheric. The oven temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller cum indicator. The temperature can be maintained from 50°C to 130°C.
